Responsibilities

Act as the technical expert interpreting solutions from Solution Design into programming languages, parameters, and technical components
Detail required functionalities, develop services and operations for applications, and integrate solutions with other application components
Ensure all solutions are validated by Solution Design for alignment with Group Santander development policies
Execute technical software developments and prepare all required technical documentation (logical models, data models, flow diagrams, activity diagrams, templates, etc.) per Group policies
Manage software deliveries from eLABS services or SW Factories if applicable, ensuring compliance with Group quality standards and specifications
Certify produced software by executing certification cycles per testing strategy and secure/quality development policies
Participate in packaging solutions for deployment across environments or collaborate with DEVOPS for coherent packaging and deployment
Participate in all rituals and follow-ups established by the Scrum Master / Project Manager
Identify training, upskilling, or reskilling needs with the Chapter-CoEx or Global Product responsible to maintain technical competencies
Provide feedback on the performance of professionals participating in work teams
