Requirements

3-5 years of technical experience and a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study (or two additional years of relevant experience without a degree)
Intermediate level of subject matter expertise to solve common technical problems
Ability to work independently within an established framework and with moderate supervision
Knowledge of a broad spectrum of the company's technology, particularly in Hybrid Cloud, Automation, and AI solution areas
Understanding of leading edge technologies and industry/market domain knowledge

Responsibilities

Deliver assigned tasks within the delivery cycle of a project
Understand a broad spectrum of the company's technology to deliver part of a detailed technical design that meets customer requirements
Perform tasks such as installing new systems applications; updating applications, firmware, and drivers; creating boundaries as well as performing configuration and testing activities; applications programming for assigned modules within a larger program
Assist in the preparation of technical presentations and demonstrations; participate in customer meetings
Work with minimal direction from the technical lead and with customer-nominated representatives to accomplish assigned tasks
Contribute to design for specific deliverables and assist in the development of technical solutions
Participate as part of a team and maintain good relationships with team members and customers
Understand the company strategy and the role that the individual plays
Use knowledge tools and reuse information for the benefit of projects and professional development
Use and contribute to technical forums within the company environment and local professional communities and technical user groups
Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams on Hybrid Cloud, Automation, and AI solution areas
Provide technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers’ business needs
Understand customers’ businesses and act as a trusted advisor to create and maintain effective customer relationships for customer satisfaction
Actively contribute to the company’s solutions portfolio by providing information ranging from technical knowledge to methodologies based on experience from customer projects
Shape technical direction and technical strategies within the organization and for external customers
Maintain consistent and significant chargeability levels (or expense relief for internal project teams) and assist in meeting or exceeding revenue and customer satisfaction goals
Contribute to organization’s profitability by generating and cultivating new business opportunities and providing technical support for deal proposal development
