The HVAC Install Technician will directly manage install technicians, including training, planning, assigning, and appraising their performance; conduct quality checks on recent customer HVAC installations; respond to customer inquiries and problems; assist techs in bidding and estimating jobs; ensure work is performed ethically and in compliance with legal requirements and company safety standards; and pursue training and development opportunities.
