Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations in Spain
Experience in human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, administration, compensation, and benefits
Ability to supervise HR staff and oversee daily operations
Skills in analyzing workforce trends and preparing HR reports/metrics
Strong collaboration skills with department managers and management
Located in or willing to work in Vigo, Spain
Responsibilities
Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs
Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts
Promote a positive work environment and ensure compliance with company policies
Support performance appraisal processes
Provide guidance to managers on employee development and feedback
Coordinate training programs and workshops
Monitor employee progress and recommend development opportunities
Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and internal policies
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment regulations
