Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma/Professional Certificate in relevant field of study
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to communicate in English and National Language (proficiency in additional language may be required depending on country of support)
  • Strong communication and customer service oriented with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Strong process management skills with analytical and problem-solving capability for complex tasks
  • Experience with HR Cloud Systems highly desirable, preferably Workday and Ignite
  • Advanced Google Workspace or Microsoft Excel skills preferred

Responsibilities

  • Review and audit HR transactions relating to workers' life cycle or employment job changes (e.g., hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, etc.)
  • Execute HR transactions relating to mass organization changes
  • Work with COE or other functions in upgrading the HR system
  • Transition the system and business process setup for system enhancement relating to workers' life cycle to HR Shared Services Tier 1
  • Troubleshoot and provide solutions from HR Shared Services Tier 1 pertaining to worker's life cycle or employment job changes
  • Support the team on employees' attendance validation process and resolve issues to enable payroll to be paid on time every time
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Company benefit programs, plans, policies, and processes to professionally advise employees on C&B programs eligibility and ensure timely administration in accordance with policies
  • Update the merit increment or promotion exercise in Workday per guidelines and timeline
  • Ensure C&B operation transactions are processed timely and in accordance with policy
  • Consolidate all payments and deductions for payroll to process timely and accurately
  • Prepare payroll reconciliation after each payroll cycle
  • Review and improve HR processes, systems, and policies to achieve efficiency and effectiveness to support management and employees' needs
  • Ensure accurate and punctual update of site workers' data records change, update, and maintenance (including worker change or transfer, data update, record upkeep, and amendments)
  • Provide reports to stakeholders for insight, reviews, and audits
  • Provide guidance and training to entry/junior level
