Responsibilities

The Human Resources Project Manager will lead multiple HR projects, partnering with various stakeholders across HR and cross-functional groups. Responsibilities include project planning, change management, risk management, and issue resolution. The role involves developing a change management framework and toolkit, coordinating project deliverables and status reports, and ensuring timely completion of projects. Additionally, the manager will conduct risk monitoring and controls, work closely with end users to understand business goals, monitor project budgets, and keep teams, management, and clients informed of project status and related issues. Other duties as assigned may be required, potentially outside of normal work hours.
