Human Resources Management major preferred
Ability to organize data, multi-task, and make decisions independently
Above average communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to resolve complex issues

Responsibilities

Assist the Associate Development team with on-going projects
Collaborate with the Corporate Recruiting team to develop strategies for recruiting at local colleges and universities
Assist with the execution of intern programming and events during the summer
Assist with other duties throughout the HR division as requested
