The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline, and possesses a background or education in HR, People Operations, Recruiting, and/or Organizational Development. An interest in startups is also required, along with a hard-working, determined, ambitious, self-motivated, and a can-do attitude.
As a Human Resources Intern, the candidate will manage and update the Applicant Tracking System, schedule and perform phone screens, help implement a Recruiting Best Practice strategy, assist in building an event calendar including career fairs, campus onsite visits, and networking meetups, and assist with candidate pipeline reporting and analysis.
