Requirements

  • Enrolled at a European university in a bachelor's degree or master’s degree program for the duration of the internship
  • Preferable field of studies: Human Resources, Psychology, Business, General Management, Communication, or relevant field
  • Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken (Dutch is a bonus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • EU working rights are required

Responsibilities

  • Supporting HR Business Partners and HR Specialists with administrative duties, analysis, and HR processes
  • Liaising with and assisting employees/managers regarding core HR processes across Netherlands regions
  • Supporting with employee queries and/or being first point of contact for employees for various topics
  • Contributing to HR projects such as engagement, compensation and benefits, payroll, and leaves management
  • Possibility to support the on-boarding of new employees
