3+ years experience in Human Resources operations or coordination role with direct employee interaction and support

Workday experience in offboarding, job changes

On-site presence of 3 days/week in Foster City, CA office

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent front line employee support by responding to crew’s inquiries and requests, providing guidance on company policies and procedures, and referring complex/sensitive matters to appropriate staff
Work closely with cross-functional HR teams to ensure timely execution of employee transactions and assist managers with Workday Manager Self Service as needed
Execute tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs, including assisting People Partners with performance reviews, promotions, compensation planning, and the employee engagement survey
Assist with administration of company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with corporate objectives and federal/state legal requirements
Manage the off-boarding of employees
Work with People Partners, Recruiters, and Immigration team to assist with immigration matters
Document process flows internally and externally
Collect relevant HR Metrics/Data
Identify problems or areas of inefficiency and recommend suggestions for improvement where appropriate
Update HR/People Partner related documentation on internal systems regularly to keep materials up to date
Perform other duties as assigned
