Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Behavioral science or related field
  • At least three years of professional human resources experience, with experience in employee relations preferred
  • Knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations within the industry

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial contact for employee and manager matters and feedback, resolving grievances
  • Handle tasks related to hiring, termination, and leave from both employee and manager sides
  • Handle employee master data and HRIS systems administration
  • Strengthen cultural values and the Northvolt Way through projects and activities
  • Implement central projects within the area of responsibility
  • Create good relationships with managers and employees to facilitate HR matters handling
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Manager
  • Conduct training sessions, e.g., introduction/onboarding
  • Administer training and leadership programs
  • Support in writing job descriptions and updating HRIS
  • Perform job evaluations and job analyses
  • Monitor job levelling and nomenclature
  • Support business in risk assessment when needed
