Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, industrial relations, or a related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in human resources management, with significant expertise in labor relations and conflict management
  • Valid driver's license required due to travel involved in the position
  • Proficiency in French and English

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with managers to support employee relations management and proactively resolve conflicts
  • Support managers in managing, motivating, and developing their teams, ensuring a healthy and productive work environment
  • Participate in the development and implementation of internal procedures and policies, ensuring their compliance with labor standards
  • Track changes in employee status and manage promotions, transfers, and internal mobility
  • Contribute to performance management by providing support in evaluations and attendance management
  • Manage and monitor work accident files, including preparing files for internal and external audits
  • Ensure the application of human resources management principles and organizational strategies within the service center and stations
  • Manage the administrative aspects of working conditions and ensure their compliance with current standards
  • Contribute to improving the employee experience and promote a positive work environment
  • Produce statistical reports on HR performance indicators and analyze them to support strategic decisions
