Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests and observing their needs
  • Engage with guests genuinely, ask questions to understand needs, and provide knowledge of store tools, products, and services
  • Thank guests and inform them of store sales goals and trends impacting business results
  • Work with HR leader to anticipate and address talent and staffing needs, ensuring the right mix of experience, selling capabilities, and product enthusiasm
  • Execute intentional recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire talent
  • Support training needs of the store's sales force and advocate for continuous learning
  • Serve as an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices
  • Act as an open door by listening to team members and collaborating with leaders to take action
  • Deliver on all Human Resources operational and cyclical programs
  • Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and comply with all policies
  • Perform all other duties based on business needs
