Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. They must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience, demonstrate standard computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and possess excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
The HR Partner will execute a strategy to optimize human capital, contributing to the achievement of business unit objectives, and partnering with leadership to create a safe environment for team members. This role involves assisting in the development and implementation of HR plans, influencing team member behavior to promote key safety and HR principles, identifying and correcting risk generating patterns, championing EID initiatives, building team member networks, and managing grievances. The HR Partner will also provide coaching to support leadership development, partner with COEs and People Operations on onboarding and orientation, monitor success of programs against ROI targets, and implement innovative programs to keep the workforce ready for the future while addressing business needs.
