Requirements

  • 5 years of hands-on experience working in a people function as an HRBP or HR Generalist within a company of approximately 600-1000 employees
  • Deep and applied knowledge of Workday
  • Bonus: SHRM or HRCI certification
  • Comfortable working in high growth & global organizations

Responsibilities

  • Assist the people team in improving Workday platform notifications, data integrity, and electronic documentation
  • Support the summer internship program as the main point of contact for upwards of 30 interns, including effective communication prior to arrival and throughout the program
  • Oversee local employee, manager, and contractor onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientations, partnering with IT on new hire equipment, and preparing digital paperwork through Workday
  • Ensure compliance around employee new hire documentation, I9s, eVerify, work visas, and other important documentation through the employee lifecycle
  • Support problem-solving requests coming through Jira tickets to the People team
  • Plan and execute employee engagement surveys and other surveys (onboarding, off-boarding, pulse surveys) using the Peakon tool
  • Pivot and transition effectively between projects and tasks
  • Support the employee lifecycle while ensuring a productive and compliant work environment
  • Foster a positive company culture that boosts employee morale, engagement, and retention
