Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time program
4+ years of experience in enterprise informatization or HR digitalization, with at least 2+ years in HR field at well-known companies
Overseas HRIT construction or consulting project experience preferred
Deep understanding of HR systems and familiarity with HR business scenarios (e.g., organization and personnel, compensation, benefits, performance management)
Strong logical thinking, communication, and coordination skills; strong execution, sense of responsibility, stress resistance, learning ability, and systematic problem-solving skills
Good application architecture and data architecture design capabilities; proficient in using internet product thinking to solve business or user problems
Experience in implementing and operating products like Workday, ServiceNow, and strong English communication skills preferred

Responsibilities

Responsible for the construction of overseas HRIT systems and related processes, covering user research, requirements analysis, process design, product function/interaction design, acceptance testing, product release, to operations monitoring, to improve business efficiency, user experience, and risk prevention
Conduct user research to understand business department needs and transform them into high-quality product documents or solutions
Responsible for overall product and application planning of overseas HR systems, business process design, function design, and product prototype design
Coordinate resources from development, testing, etc., promote system function development, conduct testing and acceptance of system functions, and ensure projects go live on time and with quality
Continuously promote system/process iteration and upgrades based on user feedback and business development needs, and quickly respond to business requirements
Responsible for daily system operations and maintenance, including system configuration, Q&A, and independently analyzing problems and following up on solutions
