Responsibilities

  • Run scaled, defined implementations with SMB HRIS customers
  • Own the implementation process end-to-end for assigned accounts, including successful implementation and training of the software to drive adoption by new clients
  • Lead multiple implementation calls daily with new customers
  • Set accurate expectations with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Escalate high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Participate in cross-functional groups to establish enhancements to communications, tools, and products
  • Be an expert in Workstream to guide new users and answer their questions
  • Keep track of client activity, notes, and next steps clearly in success software
  • Incorporate internal and external feedback to drive continuous improvements in the onboarding process
  • Learn from assigned clients to build and maintain templates
  • Lead new client onboarding for SMB clients for their first 30 days
