Proven work experience as an IT or HRIS Analyst or similar role
Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train staff
2 years minimum experience (inferred from incomplete text)

Responsibilities

Conduct frequent HR systems audits to ensure data integrity for accurate employee information, analysis, reporting, and decision-making, including reviews of HR processes and documents (hiring, termination, payroll administration)
Ensure correct and timely entries in the HR system for operations team alignments, department headcount, recruiting new hires, employee salaries, incentives, benefit additions/changes, and payroll staff movement
Run comparison reports against various information systems for reconciliation and consistency of people information
Develop and implement automated processes and systems for efficient management of Disciplinary Process (linking Corrective Action Forms, Referrals, Sanctions, Reporting)
Increase automation of the Leave Management system (e.g., create service level tiers like Self Service)
Increase automation of the Health Management process (develop Self Service for efficient record updates)
Develop a process/system to effectively manage job letters and employee-related personnel requests
Assist with information for client audits (ensure employee contracts and history are uploaded, maintained, and retrievable in the HR system)
Review/validate employee personal information, including correct demographics, for WFM reporting and transportation arrangements
Document processes, identify HR concerns, and compile data analysis reports
Develop HRIS KPIs and performance metrics to produce correct, timely, and useful information, resolve application issues, and track/monitor performance
Perform application upgrades, provide training, and technical support
Optimize HRIS processes, integrate new software, and perform diagnostic tests
Perform statistical analysis on HRIS data and run queries
Consult with HR managers and other departments to determine HRIS needs
Ensure efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics (attendance, employee performance data)
Keep track of technological advancements and trends in HRIS
