Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Minimum five (5) years of relevant functional experience with HCM/HRIS system design, configuration, administration, implementation, integrations, data security, and user access/securities within an HR environment and/or IT experience
  • Experience with moderate to complex report writing/solutions and data analysis required, preferably in Cognos Analytics
  • Proficient in Excel, utilizing advanced calculations
  • Authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986
  • Must pass a Criminal Background Check
  • PHR/CP certification (preferred)
  • Experience with UKG Pro HCM/HRIS (preferred)
  • Experience with system implementations and integrations (preferred)
  • Experience with HCM/HRIS system design, data security, and user access within an HR environment (preferred)
  • Experience with data queries, complex reporting solutions, and data analysis, preferably in Cognos Analytics and Tableau (preferred)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive (preferred)
  • Time Management/Organization: Ability to schedule own calendar, prioritize tasks, complete high-impact items first, meet deadlines, multitask with minimal supervision, and remain organized/detail-oriented
  • Program Management: Ability to research, create, plan, execute, and maintain project goals; represent HR Systems team on projects with little direction; provide expertise and solution options
  • Relationships and Communications: Ability to interact with internal/external contacts, respond to employee through Director level, develop professional relationships, and create targeted communications
  • Problem Solving: Ability to pinpoint issues, research, analyze, recommend, and implement solutions; resolve routine to intermediate issues; interact with software support independently
  • Autonomy: Ability to make independent decisions on tasks to complete work successfully

Responsibilities

  • Provide progressive support, administration, maintenance, configuration, securities, and data integrity of HR systems (HCM/HRIS and other People-related systems)
  • Support upgrades, refreshes, implementations, and integrations with other HR and company systems
  • Serve as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas
  • Assist other subject matter experts with solutioning
  • Develop moderate to complex reporting writing/solutions
  • Analyze data flows to suggest process improvement opportunities utilizing automation
