Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years’ HR experience, including at least 1 year in a retail or consumer-facing environment
  • Strong knowledge of local employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Proven ability to partner with business leaders and influence decisions

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for store staff, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Proactively build strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing methods such as social media outreach, career fairs, employee referrals, and community networking to attract top retail talent
  • Manage all onboarding activities: prepare employment contracts, coordinate pre-hire documents, deliver new-hire orientation, and ensure smooth integration into store operations
  • Partner with the HR manager and the retail team on staffing plans, scheduling needs, and headcount
  • Monitor and address employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Maintain accurate HRIS and personnel records, including time and attendance data for retail staff
  • Collaborate with a C&B specialist to ensure timely and correct salary processing
  • Implement HR policies and procedures aligned with global and local regulations
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and high-performing retail culture
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion programs across store teams
