Requirements

Strong interest in a career in HR and committed to own development within this field
Highly customer-centered, ready to contribute positively and constructively with a view to continuously improve the service provided to customers
Able to communicate with people at all levels confidently and professionally
Proactive outlook with a learning mindset
Determined and see things through to completion
Associate CIPD Member (Level 3) or keen to work towards
Experienced in (or willing to learn) HR systems and technology
Fluent in English with Chinese (Mandarin) and Japanese as preferred additional languages, but not essential
Previous experience working within payroll, compensation & benefits administration

Responsibilities

Proactively pick up and manage tickets from associates from all regions via the HR ticket system (Service Now) within agreed SLAs
Constantly connect with associates to better understand how to support them and drive continuous improvement through processes & associate experience
Continuously update FAQs to ensure prompt and complete response to associates' queries
Assist with day-to-day HR policy and process queries – ensuring associates are administered in line with their contracts and abcam responsibilities
Responsible for payroll input for UK, EMEA, China & APAC regions
Oversee and coordinate onboarding processes & induction sessions for new abcam associates for all regions
Support project delivery across the wider Human Resources function
