  • Associate CIPD Member (Level 3) or keen to work towards
  • Experienced in (or willing to learn) HR systems and technology
  • Fluent in English with Chinese (Mandarin) and Japanese as preferred additional languages, but not essential
  • Previous experience working within payroll, compensation & benefits administration

Responsibilities

  • Proactively pick up and manage tickets from associates from all regions via the HR ticket system (Service Now) within agreed SLAs
  • Constantly connect with associates to better understand how to support them and drive continuous improvement through processes & associate experience
  • Continuously update FAQs to ensure prompt and complete response to associates' queries
  • Assist with day-to-day HR policy and process queries – ensuring associates are administered in line with their contracts and abcam responsibilities
  • Responsible for payroll input for UK, EMEA, China & APAC regions
  • Oversee and coordinate onboarding processes & induction sessions for new abcam associates for all regions
  • Support project delivery across the wider Human Resources function
