Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English, B2 level
A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in HR/Payroll/Administration
Comfortable using digital tools and platforms (e.g., HR systems, ticketing tools, internal portals)
Highly proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Bachelor’s Degree
Good communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Support employees, clients, and external partners by responding to HR-related queries using clear procedures and guidelines
Ensure documents and data are processed accurately and in line with internal standards
Keep HR processes and documentation up to date with any changes
Build strong relationships with clients and flag any risks or issues that may affect satisfaction
Work under regular guidance and coaching to track progress and performance
Perform basic quality checks and help improve processes when needed
Interact or provide support in key HR areas such as Compensation & Payroll; Time & Attendance tracking; Benefits and Health & Pension Provider Management; Workforce & Employee Data Administration; Onboarding, Exit Management, and Job Data Changes; Contact Center Support, HR Portal, and Case Management; Reporting, Document Handling, and Internal Communications
