  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in HR/Payroll/Administration

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Good communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude

Responsibilities

  • Support employees, clients, and external partners by responding to HR-related queries using clear procedures and guidelines
  • Ensure documents and data are processed accurately and in line with internal standards
  • Keep HR processes and documentation up to date with any changes
  • Build strong relationships with clients and flag any risks or issues that may affect satisfaction
  • Work under regular guidance and coaching to track progress and performance
  • Perform basic quality checks and help improve processes when needed
  • Interact or provide support in key HR areas such as Compensation & Payroll; Time & Attendance tracking; Benefits and Health & Pension Provider Management; Workforce & Employee Data Administration; Onboarding, Exit Management, and Job Data Changes; Contact Center Support, HR Portal, and Case Management; Reporting, Document Handling, and Internal Communications
