  • At least 2-3 years in Workday process/system support teams
  • Technical degree/higher education in HR, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or similar
  • Technical knowledge of Workday product (valuable: experience with mass loads in Workday)
  • Functional knowledge of People & Culture
  • Advanced Excel level and proficiency in other Microsoft tools
  • High level of English (other languages valuable)
  • Experience in multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

  • Manage technical and functional support operations for Workday processes
  • Participate in system evolution projects and coordinate global initiative implementations locally
  • Manage global Workday platform support operations for responsible clients
  • Properly manage demand and coordinate BAU service requests with local and global stakeholders
  • Monitor service management to ensure compliance with agreed SLAs
  • Mobilize necessary resources for resolving requested services
  • Optimize operational processes: participate in designing and implementing improvement opportunities
  • Coordinate with technology teams and global/local business specialists
