Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration or related
English level intermediate - advanced
Experience 5 years in HR positions
Knowledge of the LFT, IMSS, and INFONAVIT

Responsibilities

Administration of the LFT, CCT, and RIT
Administration of the Permanent Personnel Plan of RL MOS LABORAL
Hiring direct staff and establishing and following up on employment strategies
Monitoring the internal and external work environment
Ensuring compliance with the Labor Law (LFT), Labor Code (CCT), and International Labor Regulations (RIT)
Advising staff through labor relations technicians on labor-related matters and managing employment relationships (collective and individual)
Lead the recruitment process for the HR team, including identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring necessary training, resources, and support
Allocate resources effectively across projects and initiatives, balancing workload and priorities
Define performance goals and expectations, providing regular feedback, coaching, and guidance
Implement initiatives to recognize and reward team members for contributions
Participation in audits and inspections from the supervised area, providing required documents and data
