Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration or related
  • English level intermediate - advanced
  • Experience 5 years in HR positions
  • Knowledge of the LFT, IMSS, and INFONAVIT

Responsibilities

  • Administration of the LFT, CCT, and RIT
  • Administration of the Permanent Personnel Plan of RL MOS LABORAL
  • Hiring direct staff and establishing and following up on employment strategies
  • Monitoring the internal and external work environment
  • Ensuring compliance with the Labor Law (LFT), Labor Code (CCT), and International Labor Regulations (RIT)
  • Advising staff through labor relations technicians on labor-related matters and managing employment relationships (collective and individual)
  • Lead the recruitment process for the HR team, including identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring necessary training, resources, and support
  • Allocate resources effectively across projects and initiatives, balancing workload and priorities
  • Define performance goals and expectations, providing regular feedback, coaching, and guidance
  • Implement initiatives to recognize and reward team members for contributions
  • Participation in audits and inspections from the supervised area, providing required documents and data
