Responsibilities

  • Manage and update HR databases with information such as new hires, terminations, personal and job data changes, or leave of absence (HR Admin)
  • Collect information from other departments or notify other departments of relevant information (HR Admin)
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related requests via chat, e-mail, or phone and manage them in the ticketing system (HR Admin)
  • Collect, verify, organize, compile, or update electronically company personnel records and documentation (HR Admin)
  • Manage employee benefits enrollment (HR Admin)
  • Provide input for payroll (HR Admin)
  • Create HR documents such as reference letters (HR Admin)
  • Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities (HR Admin)
  • Work with other internal or client teams to execute HR processes (HR Admin)
  • Conduct data validation or execute controls and address findings (HR Admin)
  • Capture new knowledge in the internal database and update process documentation as needed (HR Admin)
  • Develop and drive uptake of leading recruitment practices, innovative sourcing and channel management activities, targeted selection approaches, as well as effective hiring and onboarding techniques (HR Onboarding)
  • Enable the recruitment process and ensure the lifecycle is completed in a fast, efficient, and professional manner while optimizing time to hire and cost (HR Onboarding)
  • Work with Resource Leads to understand short and long-term talent objectives and hiring forecasts (HR Onboarding)
  • Drive cost optimization by employing appropriate channel mix strategies (HR Onboarding)
  • Act as the expert for hiring and partner with local recruitment teams to identify key challenges and work towards implementable solutions (HR Onboarding)
  • Engage with HR and Business leadership in addressing key recruitment challenges, develop and prioritize recruiting and sourcing strategies and key recruiting initiatives (HR Onboarding)
  • Work with the Marketing and Communications team on external branding (HR Onboarding)
  • Solve situations related to policies and third-party providers or client queries with the help of specific HR procedures (HR Associate)
  • Offer information related to compensation, benefits, days off, and other HR-related matters (HR Associate)
  • Ensure the accuracy of the documents processed according to the objectives set by the direct manager (HR Associate)
  • Process transactions for different clients and business processes in various systems (HR Associate)
