Responsibilities

  • Lead, hire, and develop a high-performing team, setting clear performance standards and providing coaching and training
  • Own the HR & TA operational agenda striving for BAU Excellence
  • Monitor team capacity and performance to meet demands
  • Develop and analyse key metrics to identify process improvements and enhance service delivery
  • Manage escalations and complex HR operational requests, ensuring timely resolution
  • Promote HR self-service tools and support complex transactions
  • Communicate process changes and updates across HR and business leaders
  • Identify trends and recommend improvements to HR operational processes
  • Participate in special projects and other duties as required
