Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases
- Post job openings on various platforms and monitor applications
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone screenings when required
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards for HR team review
- Assist in creating recruitment-related content for social media and career pages
- Participate in campus recruitment and job fairs as needed
