Requirements

  • MBA (HR) with Graduation in Science / Engineering
  • Strong knowledge in MS office, specially MS Excel
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • High energy, enthusiastic & eager to contribute
  • Should have high attention to details

Responsibilities

  • Managing multiple requisitions (technical, support, entry level and senior) across multiple teams & locations
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
  • Managing and driving end-to-end recruitment process including: Sourcing resumes from various sources such as Jobsites, LinkedIn etc., Scheduling interviews of s/l candidates, Managing tests, video call interviews and on-site interviews
  • Ensure hiring manager and team preparedness during the interview process and that interviews are conducted in an efficient and professional manner
  • Other HR related duties as assigned by the Head – Human Resources. These could include and not limited to: Attendance and Leave management, updating T register, assistance in audits etc
