Requirements

MBA (HR) with Graduation in Science / Engineering
Strong knowledge in MS office, specially MS Excel
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
High energy, enthusiastic & eager to contribute
Should have high attention to details

Responsibilities

Managing multiple requisitions (technical, support, entry level and senior) across multiple teams & locations
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
Managing and driving end-to-end recruitment process including: Sourcing resumes from various sources such as Jobsites, LinkedIn etc., Scheduling interviews of s/l candidates, Managing tests, video call interviews and on-site interviews
Ensure hiring manager and team preparedness during the interview process and that interviews are conducted in an efficient and professional manner
Other HR related duties as assigned by the Head – Human Resources. These could include and not limited to: Attendance and Leave management, updating T register, assistance in audits etc
