Requirements

Responsibilities

They will lead the transition from an outsourced PEO model to in-house employment, overseeing payroll, benefits, HRIS (Workday), and administrative operations. The role involves driving initiatives to attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent, championing a positive employee experience, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement, and collaborating with regional and global HR partners to ensure consistency in people practices.
