Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or a related discipline, and a minimum of 7-12 years of experience across the full HR spectrum within multinational companies. Demonstrated experience in setting up and streamlining HR operations from scratch is highly valued, and fluency in English with excellent communication skills is essential. Responsibilities

The HR Generalist will act as a strategic HR partner to the Country Business Leader, serving as a point of contact for employees across the organization and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal governance of people policies and procedures. They will lead the transition from an outsourced PEO model to in-house employment, overseeing payroll, benefits, HRIS (Workday), and administrative operations. The role involves driving initiatives to attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent, championing a positive employee experience, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement, and collaborating with regional and global HR partners to ensure consistency in people practices.
