At least 2 years of experience in HR, ideally with relation to payroll support
Basic knowledge of payroll accounting
Experience with Personio and DATEV is a plus, but not required
Negotiation-level German (native or C1) and good English
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with strong organizational skills
Team ability, initiative, and communication strength

Responsibilities

Implement HR strategies together with the Head of People & Culture and support operational HR management
Handle preparatory tasks for payroll in cooperation with the tax office
Act as contact person for employees on HR matters and support processes like onboarding, feedback, and offboarding
Coordinate administrative and accounting tasks in HR backoffice
Ensure compliance with labor law regulations and support internal compliance
Ensure smooth communication with authorities, health insurance companies, and external service providers
Support recruiting through administrative activities and close collaboration with the responsible recruiter
Contribute to personnel controlling and international communication
Support employer branding
