Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in HR, ideally with relation to payroll support
  • Basic knowledge of payroll accounting
  • Experience with Personio and DATEV is a plus, but not required
  • Negotiation-level German (native or C1) and good English
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with strong organizational skills
  • Team ability, initiative, and communication strength

Responsibilities

  • Implement HR strategies together with the Head of People & Culture and support operational HR management
  • Handle preparatory tasks for payroll in cooperation with the tax office
  • Act as contact person for employees on HR matters and support processes like onboarding, feedback, and offboarding
  • Coordinate administrative and accounting tasks in HR backoffice
  • Ensure compliance with labor law regulations and support internal compliance
  • Ensure smooth communication with authorities, health insurance companies, and external service providers
  • Support recruiting through administrative activities and close collaboration with the responsible recruiter
  • Contribute to personnel controlling and international communication
  • Support employer branding
