Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Provide coordination and administrative support across HR programs such as HR Business Partnering initiatives, talent development, performance management, employee engagement
  • Keep our HR intranet up to date and contribute to internal communications, presentations, and newsletters
  • Collect, analyse and report HR data to support informed decision-making and compliance
  • Coordinate and track progress on HR projects, ensuring smooth execution
  • Support cost control processes, including purchase order (PO) management
  • Assist with employee relations activities, such as preparing documentation for Works Council meetings
  • Help HR Business Partners respond to employee queries on HR related topics, policies and procedures
  • Support diverse HR initiatives and projects, building on your skills and interests
