Responsibilities

Support all new hire onboarding tasks and processes, from hand-off by Talent Acquisition to the post-first-day experience
Act as point of contact for all timekeeping issues to ensure accuracy and completeness for payroll and reporting requirements
Maintain our HRIS (Workday) to ensure employee information is updated and accurate
Support, manage, and communicate all compliance related policies for the studios
Support and coordinate benefits-related programs and policies
Handle the entire leave of absence process and assist with termination process, as needed
Support projects and partner with our COEs, i.e. Learning & Organizational Development and HR Operations
