Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist or HR Officer role
  • Strong knowledge of European labor law and HR compliance, particularly UK
  • Ability to partner closely with HRBP team
  • Experience with HR systems and Google docs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and strong command of English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Problem-solving attitude and strong organizational skills
  • Proactive and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Manage all facets of HR for Western Europe; handle day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and managers
  • Administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company guidelines
  • Administer total reward programs for designated countries; work with TPA as appropriate
  • Handle employee documentation, contracts, amendments, and HRIS data entry/reporting
  • Support performance management processes, including annual reviews and development plans in close collaboration with HRBPs
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding employees
  • Promote a positive work environment and assist in employee engagement activities
  • Handle payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., absences, bonus, leaves) to TPA
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date and accurate
  • Support internal HR projects and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Conduct stay interviews and analyze alongside exit data to provide HR Leaders insights for improving the employee experience
  • Handle benefits and leaves alongside HRBPs for international employees
  • Handle visa, immigration & relocation locally under People Ops guidance
  • Support director with analytics, reporting and HR dashboards
