  • Human Resources Support: Handling employee onboarding, transfers, offboarding, visa assistance, and leave management
  • Payroll & Benefits Support: Assisting monthly payroll processing, tax reporting, benefits administration, and compliance
  • Operations & Systems Support: Supporting and improving global systems
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with global business units to ensure high-quality and efficient service delivery
  • Employee Inquiry Support: Act as the first point of contact to respond to employee questions on HR, payroll, or policy topics, ensuring timely and accurate resolution or escalation when needed
