Requirements

  • Bac+3 in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Good level in English is desirable
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills

Responsibilities

  • Contact ANAPEC to meet the company's needs in terms of operators
  • Welcome new candidates and give them a presentation of the company (working hours, salary, benefits, etc.)
  • Conduct recruitment interviews for DH and IH employees: sourcing, pre-selection, physical interviews
  • Conduct internal recruitment interviews for HR and HI via global job openings and specific job openings
  • Identify training groups based on the integration schedule provided by the training center
  • Launch the various job openings according to the company's internal needs
  • Prepare and correct the pre-selection tests for DHs
  • Establish the different states to be shared with Anapec (Number of candidates hired Vs persons interviewed...)
  • Launch and follow-up on internal employee movement notices
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Ensure all actions relating to the development and recruitment of the Operators and Supervisors category of APTIV in accordance with the group's policy and management guidelines
