Responsibilities

  • Work with Europe HR Director to operationalise the Regional HR plan; drive initiatives and tactically address shorter-term business requirements
  • Identify, develop, and implement HR solutions in line with the HR plan; report progress and achievement of milestones
  • Integrate core HR programs with support from global COEs (e.g., talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, learning & development, DE&I, HRIS)
  • Customise HR solutions using established HR practices to meet business needs
  • Partner with legal to ensure compliance with legal obligations
  • Work across assigned business units in the Region to support and coach managers on people practices
  • Act as a business partner by understanding business drivers and ensuring HR's key role
  • Report on people performance metrics; use metrics to measure core programs and inform new program development
  • Provide HR advice on employee engagement, learning and development, compensation & benefits, succession planning, talent reviews, etc
  • Collaborate with COEs to design and build customised HR programs
  • Establish credibility as a trusted advisor to people managers and leadership team
  • Handle employee grievances and serve as a trusted confidant for employees
  • Champion the business through HR and leverage specialist HR functions to support initiatives
  • Keep up to date with latest HR best practices and share learnings with the wider HR team
  • Champion CrowdStrike’s core values in the business and HR team
  • Provide coaching and development to other HR team members to enhance overall HR capability
