  • Manage end-to-end employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, and resolution strategies
  • Analyse workforce trends and provide insights to support decision-making and risk mitigation
  • Lead engagement initiatives to promote a positive site culture and improve retention
  • Support industrial and award compliance, partnering with IR specialists as needed
  • Facilitate change management activities and coach leaders through organisational change
  • Act as the HR lead during audits, reporting cycles, and compliance reviews
