Responsibilities

Drive workforce planning and resourcing strategies aligned with project phases (mobilisation, ramp-up, demobilisation)
Be the face of HR for the business managing 360 HR providing solid support including augmenting a fast-paced portfolio in a high-profile project environment
Manage end-to-end employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, and resolution strategies
Analyse workforce trends and provide insights to support decision-making and risk mitigation
Lead engagement initiatives to promote a positive site culture and improve retention
Support industrial and award compliance, partnering with IR specialists as needed
Facilitate change management activities and coach leaders through organisational change
Act as the HR lead during audits, reporting cycles, and compliance reviews
