At least 6 months work experience as an HR Generalist/Associate or similar (Human Resource / Psychology fresh grads can apply)
Knowledgeable with local employment laws
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Willing to work onsite in Makati and Mandaluyong
Amenable to working night shifts

Responsibilities

Administer salary structures, pay adjustments, and compensation policies
Manage HMO, insurance, allowances, and company benefits programs
Ensure accurate processing of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR contributions and reports
Coordinate with vendors (HMO, insurance, government agencies) for updates and resolutions
Support payroll processing by validating compensation data, deductions, and benefits
Maintain HRIS/employee records related to compensation and benefits
Assist with performance bonus calculations and salary review cycles
Monitor compliance with the Labor Code and company C&B policies
Address employee inquiries related to pay, benefits, and government contributions
