Responsibilities

Support onboarding activities including operator orientation and offboarding activities
Managing of foreign employee work pass related matters
Support and maintain training administration and certification for operators
Support and coordinate HR welfare activities and employee engagement
Managing eLeave in Workday and reporting
HR administrative such as maintaining Pfiles, employee information in Workday system
Manages day-to-day operations issues i.e. Blue Collars Workers (Operators)
Managing and ensuring confirmation for new employees is on time
