Responsibilities

  • Own and enhance a strategy to increase Manager and Employee awareness of HR initiatives throughout the year; support communications and initiatives to highlight Lilly Canada benefit programs (HR Education campaign)
  • Participate in various Health, Safety, Wellbeing and Accessibility initiatives, aligned with Health & Safety objectives, employee survey feedback and Lilly Canada’s Safety Culture Plan and AODA commitments
  • Support HR team with projects as needed in multiple areas, including benefits, pension, onboarding, development, recruiting, payroll and manager resources (General HR projects)
  • Assist in the development, creation, delivery and evaluation of our Develop U Day affiliate learning plan (Employee Development)
  • Optimize Sharepoint Sites to support our Connect U new employee onboarding experience and the resources available to new hiring managers (Onboarding)
  • Weekly oversight and execution of employee newsletter, and implementing improvements including transition of newsletter content to LillyNow intranet platform; measure employee engagement to drive future improvements (Employee newsletter)
  • Assist in the execution of our DEI strategy (including recognition day plans, development of “DEI moments plan” to support new employee on-boarding and integration of DEI into Team touchpoints); assist with uploading content, links and resources, and supporting DEI related communications and plans (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategy)
