Responsibilities
- Provide first-line HR administration support for various employee lifecycle queries, encompassing onboarding, new hires, benefits, time & attendance, and assistance for colleagues exiting the organization.
- Take daily ownership of achieving case management targets to ensure timely support for colleagues during crucial moments.
- Offer service support through our online Colleague Service Centre, managing and resolving employee cases efficiently.
- Create and maintain process maps, resources, manuals, and procedures for assigned countries.
- Ensure administrative compliance with local regulations and authorities.
- Assist local HR partners with ad-hoc requests and queries.
- Conduct accurate and timely review, validation, and approval of vendor invoices.
- Generate HR management information reports and fulfill requests promptly.
- Promote a self-service culture within the HR department.
- Actively participate in business/functional projects to enhance processes and improve the colleague experience.
- Ensure meticulous filing and storage of employee data in accordance with data protection requirements.
- Work proficiently across multiple HR platforms, including Workday, Service Now, and Benefit portals.
Requirements
- Preferred background: Benefits, HR, or Customer Services.
- Ability to interpret and communicate HR policies and procedures with a focus on process improvement.
- Strong communication skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Passion for accurate administration and adept document handling.
- Good listening skills and diligence in task execution.
- Ability to maintain a positive outlook while coordinating and prioritizing workload.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Desirable experience: Using an HRIS database and reporting application.
- Proficient in both English and Polish languages.
