Responsibilities
- Prepare reporting on key KPIs and people metrics
- Prepare monthly highlights for the HR leadership team
- Support administrative tasks related to new hires or terminations (contracts, social and in-kind benefits)
- Support and participate in internal and external audits (EINF, payroll controls, process quality)
- Collaborate administratively on tasks from active commissions (Equality Commission, Health and Safety Commission)
- Manage Flexible Compensation Plan (kindergarten, transport ticket, meal monthly charge) and other social benefits (life insurance, health insurance)
- Manage invoices from HR-related service suppliers (incident management, supplier registration)
- Support benefits management (meals ticket, healthcare insurance, recognition bonus, length of service bonus, maternity/paternity awards, EBO awards, ESM awards)
- Support Annual Salary Reviews Process (issue letters, prepare mass uploads/reports, update records, prepare letters)
- Support Annual Bonus payment (receive objectives and appraisals, calculate payments, prepare mass uploads/reports, update records, prepare letters)
- Provide Workday support and link with MyHR team
- Coordinate Onboarding Programme for new employees
- Support preparation of HR documents, presentations, and reports
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases
- Manage department invoicing
- Liaise with external partners, such as vendors
- Participate in HR projects
- Translate documentation in the department
- Execute correct segregation of waste in the department
