Responsibilities

  • Prepare reporting on key KPIs and people metrics
  • Prepare monthly highlights for the HR leadership team
  • Support administrative tasks related to new hires or terminations (contracts, social and in-kind benefits)
  • Support and participate in internal and external audits (EINF, payroll controls, process quality)
  • Collaborate administratively on tasks from active commissions (Equality Commission, Health and Safety Commission)
  • Manage Flexible Compensation Plan (kindergarten, transport ticket, meal monthly charge) and other social benefits (life insurance, health insurance)
  • Manage invoices from HR-related service suppliers (incident management, supplier registration)
  • Support benefits management (meals ticket, healthcare insurance, recognition bonus, length of service bonus, maternity/paternity awards, EBO awards, ESM awards)
  • Support Annual Salary Reviews Process (issue letters, prepare mass uploads/reports, update records, prepare letters)
  • Support Annual Bonus payment (receive objectives and appraisals, calculate payments, prepare mass uploads/reports, update records, prepare letters)
  • Provide Workday support and link with MyHR team
  • Coordinate Onboarding Programme for new employees
  • Support preparation of HR documents, presentations, and reports
  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Update internal databases
  • Manage department invoicing
  • Liaise with external partners, such as vendors
  • Participate in HR projects
  • Translate documentation in the department
  • Execute correct segregation of waste in the department
