Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Prepare documentation, briefing materials, travel records, and appointment schedules
  • Appointment Matching Support: Assist with diary building and troubleshooting during the PSA/SSA phases
  • Customer Service: Respond to basic buyer queries and escalate where necessary; ensure pre-event support is prompt and helpful
  • Event Delivery Support: Assist with on-site buyer check-in, helpdesk, lounge logistics, and appointment tech setup
  • Post-Event Admin: Help reconcile data, collate feedback, and support reporting functions
