Responsibilities

  • Supervise the barista team, ensuring consistent product quality, speed of service, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards
  • Implement training and development for barista staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Oversee reception team and operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for clients, staff, and visitors
  • Train and support reception staff in guest management, telephone handling, and concierge-style services
  • Manage visitor sign-in processes and ensure compliance with security and safety protocols
  • Coordinate and supervise meeting room and event setups, including furniture moves, catering, and room readiness
  • Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure events run smoothly and to client requirements
  • Conduct pre- and post-event checks to maintain quality standards
  • Monitor performance, conduct regular check-ins, and provide coaching where necessary
  • Act as the main point of escalation for service issues, resolving them quickly and effectively
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency
