Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience in a customer-facing role)
  • 5+ years of experience in a high-touch, premium customer service, hospitality, or executive support role, preferably within a highly-regulated or sensitive environment (e.g., defense, finance, technology)
  • Demonstrated ability to transition seamlessly between high-level strategic thinking and hands-on operational support
  • Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to interact professionally and tactfully with high-ranking individuals
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with modern office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office/Google Workspace)
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a genuine commitment to a "service-first" approach
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Top Secret (TS) security clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)

Responsibilities

  • Elevate Customer Experience: Deliver world-class, on-site, white-glove service to clients, accommodating a diverse range of needs from general hospitality (e.g., meeting setup, food/beverage needs) to security and administrative support
  • Industrial Security Operations: Maintain consistently high physical security readiness and compliance with Industrial Security requirements to meet clients needs, annual and short-notice assessments and facility certifications and accreditations
  • Front-of-House Operations: Serve as the professional face of Nooks, efficiently managing the front desk and lobby area, controlling access, and ensuring the facility's overall presentation meets the highest standards
  • Strategic Data Collection: Proactively gather qualitative and quantitative data on customer usage, feedback, pain points, and needs during daily interactions
  • Administrative and Compliance Support: Coordinate logistical needs for facility visitors, including scheduling, meeting preparation, and assisting the site manager and security staff as needed. Ensure all front-of-the-house operations and customer interactions align strictly with organizational policies and government requirements
