Responsibilities
As a Hospital Onboarding Specialist, you will guide newly acquired hospital users through their onboarding journey, develop a deep understanding of their needs, and act as a trusted advisor to help them leverage Roo’s solutions for growth and full-time placements. You will also build and maintain the Roo Education Library, creating engaging content, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure hospitals stay informed about product updates and best practices. Additionally, you will work closely with various internal teams to continuously improve the hospital onboarding experience and track success metrics.
