Home Infusion - Registered Nurse at CVS Health

You will be eligible for benefits the first of the month following your start date. Certification and recertification expenses can be reimbursed for eligible RNs such as Certified Registered Nurse of Infusion (CRNI®).

This is a home infusion role where you will provide nursing care visits in patients' homes. The coverage area is Atlanta and surrounding areas with drives of up to two hours one way being possible at times.

The role requires clinical IV experience, excellent written and verbal customer service skills, and the ability to provide one-on-one home infusion nursing care and patient education. Additional licensure may be required in multi-state service areas, and experience in areas like infusion, IV therapy, vascular access, or oncology is relevant.

The schedule is Monday through Friday with a flexible full-time schedule working primarily daytime hours. Participation in the telephonic on-call rotation is required, but there are no in-person visits when on call.

Strong candidates possess strong clinical expertise in IV therapy or infusion, deep compassion and sensitivity for treating patients in their homes, excellent customer service skills, and creative ideas. Experience in home health, hospice, ER, trauma, ICU, pediatrics, vascular access, oncology, PICC, or central lines is highly relevant.
