Requirements

  • Medical or Pharmacy degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • 2 years of oncology/hematology experience preferable
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and able to thrive under pressure
  • Previous experience in account management or supporting product launches (preferred)
  • Experience working in Qatar or familiarity with the healthcare landscape in the region (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions to support patient care
  • Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with commercial strategies
  • Monitor product performance and provide insights to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with supply chain and market access teams to ensure product availability and access
  • Conduct educational meetings and scientific discussions to raise awareness about disease management
  • Ensure compliance with GSK’s policies, procedures, and legal requirements in all activities
