The ideal candidate should possess a valid license as a Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) or be an Audiologist with at least one year of experience in fitting hearing aids, and they must have a reliable network connection with a download speed above 100 Mbps and an upload speed above 20 Mbps.
As a Hearing Instrument Specialist, you will test new technology to enhance customer experience, educate and train patients on the effective use of hear.com devices, develop and maintain relationships with clients, collaborate closely with the Customer Sales Team, collect learnings and share knowledge with audiologists, and contribute to the company’s innovation topics and redefine the customer journey in the hearing care space.
