Responsibilities

  • Maintaining compliance records and data reporting
  • Supporting ad hoc reporting requirements within the healthcare team
  • Providing scheduled reports for healthcare dashboards
  • Collation of information for various reporting purposes for the healthcare team
  • Ensuring the appropriate recruitment checks are made for all healthcare professionals as they are triaged through the recruitment process
  • Reviewing and supporting safeguarding checks
  • Liaising with all stakeholders to request, collate and provide all elements required for subject access requests
  • Providing administrative support for healthcare conferences, student placements, extended meetings, including logistics and communication
  • Reviewing and updating of NHS alerts including summary care records
  • Engaging with store and field teams via email and phone where required
  • Providing administrative support to the teams
  • Involved in both internal and external stakeholder communication
  • Working in close partnership with Home office, field and store teams
  • Managing various programmes of activity within the Optical and Pharmacy workstreams
